How old must my dog be for training?

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and at least six months old.

How to prepare for training?

Ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, inform us of any health issues or allergies, and provide any necessary supplies (food, medications).

What type of behaviors can be addressed through board and train?

Common issues include basic obedience, leash manners, separation anxiety, and more severe behavioral problems like fearfulness or reactivity. 

How will I continue with training after my dog comes home?

There is four lessons where we will discuss your dogs training and have you work hands on with your dog. There will be clear instructions for maintaining the training at home. A training video series will also be sent out while your dog is in through training.

Can I visit my dog during their training program?

You’ll receive weekly progress updates, along with photos and videos shared on social media so you can follow your dog’s journey. During the third week of the training program, you’ll attend an in-person lesson where you’ll work hands-on with your dog and learn how to reinforce their new skills.
